Our Policies

The International Coach Institute ("ICI," "we," "us," or "our") operates the ICI-ICF PCC-MCC Exam Prep app (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you use the App. We are based in the United States and this policy is written for users in the United States.

By creating an account or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

Account information: When you register, we collect your name and email address so we can create and manage your account.

Learning data: We collect your practice session progress, answers, scores, bookmarks, and session history so the App can save and resume your work.

Payment information: Subscription and Learning Guide payments are processed by our payment provider. We retain transaction records (such as confirmation details and billing period) but we do not store your full card number on our servers.

Technical data: We may collect basic technical information, such as authentication tokens, needed to operate the App and keep your session secure.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account and authentication.
• Save, resume, and display your practice sessions, scores, bookmarks, and history.
• Process subscription and Learning Guide payments and manage access.
• Respond to your requests and provide support.
• Operate, maintain, and improve the App.

We do not use, sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your personal information is not disclosed to any outside party for advertising, marketing, or any other purpose.

We do not retain customer data related to your use of the App longer than necessary. App-use data (including session history, answers, scores, and bookmarks) is removed:

• Immediately when you cancel your account.
• At the end of your 30-day paid period if you unsubscribe and stop your payments.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information using secure storage and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data within the App.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You can cancel your account at any time, which results in immediate removal of your App-use data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at drcarol@internationalcoachinstitute.com.

The App is intended for adult learners preparing for ICF coaching exams and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of the policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
